Our environment brings together curious, collaborative, and high-performing professionals who are passionate about solving challenging security problems and delivering meaningful impact for clients. You will work alongside experienced IAM and cyber specialists who are committed to continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
Our IAM offering helps clients design, implement, and operate secure identity and access management solutions, leveraging modern technologies to meet evolving access management needs while balancing security, usability, and scalability.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Lead end-to-end identity architecture and transformation programs centered on Microsoft Entra ID, shaping enterprise-wide IAM strategies and operating models across workforce and customer identity landscapes.
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders to define vision, roadmap, and target-state architecture for Entra-based identity platforms, aligned to Zero Trust principles.
  • Provide architectural leadership across complex Entra implementations, including Conditional Access design, enterprise application integrations, SAML/OIDC SSO, federation strategies, identity governance, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
  • Oversee large-scale identity modernization initiatives, including migrations from legacy IAM platforms to Entra, tenant consolidations, and hybrid identity transformations.
  • Define and implement enterprise identity governance frameworks leveraging Entra features such as access reviews, entitlement management, and lifecycle workflows, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Establish security best practices and guardrails, including MFA strategies, risk-based access policies, identity protection, and privileged access controls across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams, providing oversight, quality assurance, and technical direction while mentoring senior consultants and managers.
  • Drive business development and thought leadership, including shaping proposals, leading RFP responses, developing client relationships, and contributing to Deloitte’s identity offerings and accelerators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (cloud, DevOps, security operations) to integrate identity solutions into broader enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure successful delivery of engagements by managing scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
