Deloitte seeks an experienced Account Manager to support the business through the development, management and execution of strategic activities for our Cyber Security clients.

What will your typical day look like?

 

This role provides clients with end-to-end support in the Managed Security Service space. The Account Manager establishes, maintains and improves the client relationship and acts as a representative of Deloitte. Account Managers clearly understand the client's business targets, strategy, and security requirements, and have the responsibility to maintain client satisfaction. Additionally, they propose and execute on recommendations that contribute to the success of the client's business. The Account Managers act as the single point of contact for their clients to execute and adhere to contracted MSS operations necessary to run the contract.  They also ensure the management of agreed service levels by tracking of the Managed Security Service, reporting of the client's metrics, incidents, and implementing action plans to improve the quality delivered to the client to ensure client satisfaction.

About the team

 

The Account Management team helps to drive targeted efforts across the breadth of client's business units and functions by developing strategic and tactical plans to generate revenue. They also buildrelationship strategies for key executives to generate and develop ideas and pursue opportunities. The team identifies and influences key decision-makers at all levels within the client organization, while playing an oversight role in the coordination of proposals and coordinating how we position and deliver Deloitte thought leadership within the account.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone with:

  • Strong understanding and minimum of four years working experience in cyber security 
  • Minimum of two years of account management / business development support experience (preferably in professional services or managed services)
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or other related discipline, CISSP and willing to pursue or ability to obtain secret government clearance
  • Proven track record in sales support of complex services to complex organizations at both the strategic and operational level and demonstrated strategic and analytical approach with focus on building relationships with internal and external clients
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic and proactive abilities to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment, combined with analytical, detail oriented, strong project management skills with the ability to scale effectively across a large matrix organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to c suite executives
  • Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
