What will your typical day look like?

 

As a Manager, Marketing & AI in our AI Strategy team within our Omnia AI practice, you will be responsible for generating, leading, and managing a portfolio of Deloitte’s Omnia AI Marketing and AI services engagements (projects) within your focus area. This role has full life-cycle responsibility over AI projects, which includes responsibility for identifying opportunities, proposal development and pursuit assistance, project delivery, team leadership and team performance, quality of our project deliverables, and engagement financials.

Specifically, you will:

  • Work at the intersection of creative, digital and data platforms to connect the dots between creative, content, digital channels and data platforms to drive next generation customer experiences
  • Work with business, technology and marketing clients on their digital transformation needs by leading engagements focused on digital strategy, customer analytics, AI Strategy, digital marketing, digital communications, customer experience strategy, management and associated digital platforms enablement
  • Further build on your experience with customer analytics platforms, segmentation approaches, marketing and customer data platform technologies (Adobe, Salesforce, Informatica, Evergage, Google) and integration into overall business strategy
  • Manage a diverse team of talented consultants while coaching them to their highest potential
  • Work with high profile clients on a variety of Canadian and international engagements, including opportunity to travel across Canada and internationally (as needed)
  • Employ a structured approach to project management to ensure complete client satisfaction and project profitability
  • Contribute to practice growth and development, and participate in the development and delivery of training programs
  • Engage with ecosystem of innovative and technology vendors across enterprise and startup ecosystem

Omnia AI, Deloitte’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) practice is comprised of a collaborative team of experts who use their hands-on experience with cutting-edge information assets to facilitate successful AI transformations. We develop AI-enabled solutions to address all aspects of a client’s transformative journey with disciplined focus on business outcomes.

Our AI Strategy team focuses on developing and delivering AI Strategy offerings to a variety of national and global clients across multiple industries. Because of our continuous growth, we are looking to add an experienced individual with extensive hands-on work experience developing cutting-edge strategic programs ideally in the data, analytics and/or AI domains.

You are someone with:

  • Strong perspective on the customer intelligence, customer data platforms and development of intelligent systems of engagement. How would you build the next Spotify?
  • 8+ years of experience focused on digital marketing, digital analytics, digital strategy, project development and delivery, with exposure to all phases of the project lifecycle (scoping, planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing and go live).
  • Strong understanding of the digital platforms, data management and marketing technologies such as marketing cloud, customer data platforms, data management platforms
  • Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities across cloud platforms like Google, Azure and AWS
  • Understanding of data management vendor landscape.
