What will your typical day look like?

•    Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent MarTech projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets. 
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted advisory relationships and managing stakeholder expectations at all levels. 
•    Develop and present MarTech strategies, roadmaps, and solution architectures tailored to client needs. 
•    Lead teams in the integration, migration, and optimization of marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketing Automation, CRM, CMS, CDP, DAM, MRM, Loyalty Platforms). 
•    Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, leading proposal development, and participating in client pitches. 
•    Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. 
•    Ensure the highest standards of quality, data security, and regulatory compliance in all deliverables. 
•    Lead business development activities, including the creation of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
•    Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments, providing thought leadership and sharing insights with clients and internal teams.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

•    Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 
•    5+ years of experience in MarTech or digital consulting, with significant experience leading large-scale technology projects and teams. 
•    Proven expertise with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketing Automation, CRM, CMS, CDP, DAM, MRM, Loyalty Platforms). 
•    Strong project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies and complex stakeholder environments. 
•    Demonstrated success in client advisory, business development, and solution architecture. 
•    Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. 
•    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and leading client workshops. 
•    Experience preparing and reviewing business development materials (e.g., RFPs, RFIs, proposals). 
•    Deep understanding of marketing strategies, data privacy regulations, and digital transformation. 
•    Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is an asset and preferred. 

 

Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset for this position in Quebec.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
