What will your typical day look like?

 

Based in the mailroom, you will be responsible for supporting mail, courier management, and print services for the Vancouver office. Your responsibilities will include handling payment processing and reconciliation for these services, managing and procuring inventory for mail, print, and copy stations, and consistently delivering an elevated, differentiated customer service experience. Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times is also essential.


From time to time, you may also be asked to provide support to facilities, assist at the reception desk, or offer other backup as needed.

About the team

 

The members of the Workplace Services team possess a practical body of knowledge that is applied in the delivery of office support. It includes jobs in the areas of concierge/reception, mailroom, print services, facilities management, and health and safety.

 
The Workplace Services Professionals (WSPs) are at the center of our clients and guests’ experience – setting the tone from beginning to end. Working closely with a team of colleagues and supported by the WSP manager, the individual will be required to demonstrate a keen knowledge of the firm, anticipate the needs of our guests and talent, go the extra mile when tending to both internal and external parties, react and problem solve efficiently and demonstrate attentive listening skills.

You are someone with:


•  Experience in mailroom, distribution, or similar business operations or administrative support
•  2–3 years of work experience in customer service, hospitality, or a facilities environment
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and iOS devices
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  A proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, client-focused environment
•  Strong organizational and time management skills
•  High attention to detail and a task-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach
•  The ability to take proactive measures to ensure timely responses to requests
•  A professional demeanor
•  Flexibility with working hours to support the needs of the business (core hours of the role are 8:00am - 4:30pm).
•  Able to lift up to 40 pounds.

The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
