What will your typical day look like?

 

This role is ideal for a strategic self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and turns insight into action. You bring strong project management discipline, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders to deliver results.

 

As an Early Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the development and execution of a targeted, regional campus strategy across Western Canada. You will build strong pipelines of early talent through focused engagement, strategic campus partnerships, and high-impact programs aligned to business hiring needs. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will translate workforce demand into actionable campus strategies.

 

You will leverage data and market insights to track performance against hiring targets, inform decision-making, and continuously improve the candidate experience.

 

You will lead and develop a team of coordinators and specialists, building capability through coaching, clear priorities, and meaningful development opportunities. As an early talent subject matter expert, you will elevate recruiter capability through guidance, best practices, and mentorship.

About the team

 

The Early Talent Acquisition team collaborates with internal clients and the Talent organization to provide strategic insight and develop a tailored recruitment strategy of targeted events and other programs to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle, high-volume recruitment support.

In this role the expected qualifications are:

 

  • Significant relevant experience in a leadership role, with a strong understanding of campus recruiting 
  • Deep understanding of the labour market landscape in Western Canada
  • Experience in mentoring and developing high-performing people by providing meaningful opportunities
  • Demonstrated project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
  • Exposure with complex, critical initiatives and managing clients at senior leadership levels; ability to influence others through a consultative approach, and build strong relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Exceptional organization, planning, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
