What will your typical day look like?

Imagine being at the heart of HR transformation, working alongside a dynamic team that stretches across Canada. As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you’ll be the trusted advisor who helps clients solve their toughest HR challenges. You’ll dive into a variety of Oracle HCM Cloud modules—Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Health & Safety, Talent Acquisition, and more—crafting solutions that truly make a difference. 

 

  • Design & Innovate: Create functional design documents and configure Oracle HCM modules to fit each client’s unique needs. 
  • Test & Perfect: Lead thorough testing to ensure every solution works seamlessly. 
  • Support & Grow: Build support models that help clients thrive now and in the future. 
  • Build Relationships: Guide clients through every step of their HR transformation, setting clear expectations and delivering results. 
  • Advise & Optimize: Share best practices, ensure compliance (including Canadian legislation), and help clients streamline their processes. 
  • Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Payroll, HR, Projects, and more for a unified experience. 
  • Champion Change: Support change management and drive user adoption, making sure every stakeholder feels confident and empowered.

Deloitte’s Canadian Oracle Human Resources Transformation (Oracle HRT) is a growing practice with 75 consultants located across the country. Together with over HCM 2,500 consultants globally, we proudly serve clients in Canada and around the world. We are recognized by industry analysts as the World’s Leading HR Transformation Practice and by Oracle as their #1 HCM Partner. Training and certification are very important to us. We have consultants skilled in all facets of Human Resources Management: Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Human Resources, Payroll, Time & Labor, Scheduling Recruiting, and Talent Management. On our projects, we make use of our ever-improving  Deloitte Project Tools and Methodologies. We work in dynamic and challenging environments within a firm dedicated to helping us be the best that we can be.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You’re not just an expert—you’re a partner in transformation. With 5–7 years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience (across at least two modules), you know how to turn business requirements into smart, scalable solutions. You’re comfortable designing process flows, customizing approvals, and integrating with enterprise systems. 

 

  • Proven Impact: You’ve delivered full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, ideally with unionized clients and Canadian compliance. 
  • Integration Savvy: You understand how modules connect and how to make them work together. 
  • Client-Focused: You listen, communicate, and translate needs into actionable configurations. 
  • Master Multitasker: You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling priorities with ease. 
  • Team Player: Collaboration is your superpower. 
  • Flexible & Mobile: You’re ready to travel and support clients across time zones. 
  • Certified & Bilingual: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications and bilingual skills are a big plus! 

Total Rewards


The salary ranges for this position are as follows and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program:

 

Lead: $90,000 - $175,000 

Senior Consultant: $80,000 - $138,000 

Consultant: $58,000 - $102,000
