eCommerce Manager

What will your typical day look like?

 

As a member of the Advertising, Marketing and Commerce (AMC) team, the eCommerce Manager will be a core member of our client delivery team and will lead eCommerce engagements to help our clients imagine, deliver and run eCommerce strategies that will enable omnichannel experience and drive growth.

You will also promote and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between eCommerce practitioners with a strong grasp of digital technologies, B2B/B2C strategies and delivering Commerce solutions for clients.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

  • 6+ years’ experience working in eCommerce, including the design and implementation of eCommerce platforms and strategies
  • Worked with leading eCommerce platforms including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle, SAP Commerce Cloud and Shopify and the the ability to multi-task and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape commerce, technology and customer strategies
  • Strong execution skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients within an agile delivery methodology
  • Can deliver projects as a technical expert for clients, including requirements gathering, analysis of the landscape, technical design and implementation through to support
  • A good understanding of how Commerce platforms integrate with enterprise systems including CRM, ERP and CMS and Experience with SEO, performance marketing, Mar/adTech and analytics preferred
  • Post-secondary education, preferably in Business, Commerce, or Marketing
