Are you a Workforce Management Kronos, Workforce Software or Infor technology specialist looking for a new career in consulting with an amazing organization and team? Then you might be the next Senior Consultant.  Interested? Look no further.    

What will your typical day look like?


As a Senior Consultant you will work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions, help supervise junior staff and manage parts of client engagements. You will also need to prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting and participate in all phases of the project life cycle from Scoping to Post-Implementation Support. Also you will develop knowledge of the various services delivered by the firm so that potential sales opportunities are identified and participate in practice development initiatives (recruiting, methodology, trade booth participation etc.), alongside you will provide WFM technical consulting experience by defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing solutions with Kronos, Workforce Software or Infor WFM software.

You are someone who is:

  • A Candidate who has a minimum of three years of full life cycle hands-on technical experience with Kronos, Workforce Software or Infor software in any component of WFM areas including Forecasting/Scheduling, Time and Accruals. 
  • An post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma. A post graduate and/or a professional designated is a strong asset
  • Proved their analytical and systematic problem solving skills. Must be able to identify issues, define symptoms and recommend solutions
  • Able to work with onsite and offshore development teams including at all levels of the client organization
  • Able to travel within Canada. Unique US and International travel opportunities available during your career.
