Work you’ll do:

The Global Talent team collaborates with business and talent leaders in DTTL and member firms to deliver on their shared vision for Talent.  Global Talent is a strategic business partner, enabling Deloitte to achieve its vision and objectives. The Talent Acquisition Operations Lead will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations and team to provide operational support for all technologies and services related to Taleo, Deloitte.com Careers Website, Job Search, and eQuest job postings.

Role Specific Responsibilities

  • Responsible for operations and platform management for Taleo, eQuest, Global Deloitte.com Careers Website and Job Search, including vendor release management, reporting and education
  • Perform Taleo database administration including system configuration and upgrades.  Assists with all testing, documentation, and communication
  • Consult with member firm business leaders on process and system issues
  • Participate in and provide input to Talent Acquisition Product Control Board (PCB), Talent Acquisition Delivery Committee and Taleo Super User Forum (SUrF)
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support for scoping, implementing, and delivering projects
  • Responsible for monthly system deployments including change request management, project support, support and issue resolution
  • Manage member firm integration requests through defining requirements and working with internal information technology resources to build the integrations

Knowledge Sharing / Documentation

  • Actively manage and contribute to appropriate communications and collaboration channels
  • Engage with member firm system administrators in their use of supported talent acquisition technologies
  • Responsible for project level communications and change management execution and service delivery

Qualifications

Education: BS/BA in Information Technology or Human Resources

Years of Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience – ideally in the management of recruitment solutions

Technical Skills

  • Experience with administration and configuration of applicant tracking systems (Taleo Enterprise Edition preferred)
  • Implementation experience of large scale, global technology solutions
  • Product management experience with ownership of a global application

Other Qualifications

  • Knowledge of standard recruitment activity and processes
  • Recruitment background is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and virtual
  • Experience managing and participating in large, virtual global project teams
  • Proactive approach, ability to execute projects with minimal guidance and supervision; strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
  • High level of quality/accuracy in work (detail oriented)
  • Ability to work independently and/or remotely
