What will your typical day look like?

With guidance from senior team members, use established procedures to execute high impact learning programs, including but not limited to:

  • Participant and faculty tracking
  • On-site or virtual faculty briefings
  • Program communications and responding to queries
  • Logistics; working with the program lead and the Deloitte University Experience and Operations team; may include being on-site for in-person delivery (once they resume)
  • Technical requirements for virtual delivery
  • Material printing and distribution
  • Post-program survey distribution and result consolidation and summarizing
  • Administrative tasks e.g., invoice processing, data analysis, reporting, presentation development
  • Relationship cultivation across the Learning & Development portfolio as well as other teams/functions across the firm

Ability to successfully multi-task and manage simultaneous initiatives is an everyday occurrence.

Some travel may be required and adjustment to hours to accommodate Canadian learning sessions start/end times that may be outside of your home time zone.

About the team

Working closely with all members of the Learner Experience team, the specialist leads project management and execution of all the production elements required to deliver learning, virtual and in-person, on a national basis across the firm. Together with members of the Deloitte University Operations and Learning & Development Experience teams, they ensure full delivery of programming and an experience for learners that strengthens the Deloitte brand as a top talent destination.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who has:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in event management (online and in person) in hospitality, learning and development, human resources, marketing, or another related field
  • Strong project management, comfortable managing multiple projects and conflicting deadlines; extraordinary time management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, team collaboration sites, Zoom, along with the ability to adapt to new applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Bilingual (English/French) written and spoken capability
