What will your typical day look like?

This role collaborates, influences and engages with senior business leaders in Consulting (Omnia) to shape and execute Accessing Talent strategies that will further both the business and AT objectives. The Recruiting Lead has deep understanding of the businesses they support and shares their business knowledge and strategic vision with AT team members and Sourcers. The Recruiting Lead triages hiring requests to the appropriate Sr. Advisors / Advisors for all below Partner / Director level resources, while motivating, leading and troubleshooting with the overall Service Line TA team throughout the recruitment process, and inspiring from within.

  • Build solid, trusted relationships with Service Line Leaders / business stakeholders, serving as a trusted strategic advisor on the AT team, delivers an exceptional experience to key stakeholders that reflects the Deloitte brand, purpose, culture and values 
  • Responsible for the overall TA delivery, including managing the team of Recruiters (onshore and Vendors) and working with the Sourcers; will present the most interesting, qualified and robust candidates to their businesses, who lead at every level, bring an entrepreneurial spirit and diversity of thought to all they do  
  • Guide the team through continuous process improvement (working with peers), keeping hiring manager and candidate experience top of mind, while staying true to the AT strategy
  • Has a deep understanding of the complexities of their businesses and the talent implications, and in turn, develops AT strategies that deliver innovative hiring approaches by identifying unique and non-traditional candidate sources for current and future business needs, accurately evaluates and triages requisition to appropriate Sr. Advisor / Advisor
  • Leverages research and data to understand market trends and disruptors within their business which may impact AT strategy and approach, educate broader AT team and leadership; partner with Talent Advisors as appropriate;
