  • Are you interested in the opportunity to play an active role in the selection and management of highly visible and critical service providers?
  • Deloitte Global is seeking a high performing and motivated candidate to grow the U.S. Firms’ Talent Development team.  You will be responsible for developing and managing key internal stakeholder and external supplier relationships in for the contingent labor category.  As part of the procurement team supporting the Talent organization this role may also be involved with other related categories including Development and Training.

Work you’ll do:

  • As a Senior Procurement Analyst, you’ll be responsible for category management and support within the Strategic Procurement Services (SPS) Professional Services team. 
  • Demonstrating strong research and analytical skills by:
    • Evaluating industry market and identify major players, trends, and opportunities.
    • Developing compelling messages/presentations that produce the desired results.
    • Developing communications to provide Deloitte’s leadership with the information needed to make critical decisions and manage issues.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to manage the strategic sourcing process and to build consensus among the team and leadership
  • Negotiating business terms and pricing for contracts.
  • Running reports, processing orders, and troubleshooting in Ariba
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. Proactively managing stakeholder issues and expectations.
  • Resolving complex relationship issues and monitoring supplier performance, while driving continuous improvement.

To be considered for this role, there are certain qualifications you’ll have to have. And others that would be really, really nice.

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience, preferable in a procurement or supply chain management role, Contingent Labor, Human Resources and Recruiting knowledge/experience is a plus.
  • Experienced in RFx, contract negotiation, SRM and CRM processes.
  • Strong “customer service” orientation and ability to work under tight time constraints
  • Knowledge of Ariba procurement tool
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Advanced analytical, process improvement and project management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
