What will your typical day look like?<p>&nbsp;</p>

Picture yourself as an integral part of a team engaged in providing innovative Business Finance and Decision support transformation services to help our clients improve their business. You will take a lead role in identifying opportunities, selling and delivering performance improvement consulting services - including leading sales pursuits and RFPs responses, overseeing project teams and building the practice. Senior Managers are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

 

    • Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk

    • Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors

    • Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies

    • Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals

    • People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

You are someone who is:


•    8+ years of EPM experience implementing one or more of the following technologies: Anaplan, Oracle EPM, OneStream, SAP EPM
•    10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
•    2+ years of experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect and/or Anaplan Delivery Manager
•    4+ years of experience overseeing multiple project teams, experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)
•    Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills
•    Deeply experienced with several decision support disciplines (e.g. Digital Transformation, Operating Model, Information Model and Analytics)
•    Able to develop and communicate new ideas and conceptualize innovative approaches and solutions
•    Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources
•    Adept at maintaining long term business relationships at a senior level, and leveraging relationships to develop business opportunities 
•    Energized by achieving goals in a collaborative environment, and mentoring team members to their highest potential
•    Knowledgeable of market trends, competitor environment, and corporate and business strategies

Note: Canadian travel required with occasional international travel. You should be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments.

 

Preferred Skills:


•        Demonstrated sales experience
•        Deep functional knowledge around financial systems and processes 
•        A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
•        Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team
•        Proven skills as a project manager on multiple full life cycle implementations
•        Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients
•        Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
•        Ability to engage and manage senior-level client relationships
•        Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
•        Willingness to mentor junior staff
