Deloitte’s Canadian Risk Advisory practice is evolving its portfolio of client offerings to meet the growing client demand to implement and operate services, which take on, transform and run critical components of clients’ risk, compliance, regulatory and technology functions.


Our products help clients detect and manage risks, keep pace with regulatory change and extract maximum value from their assets and services. Risk Advisory is rapidly launching a technical asset and managed service business to meet this growing market demand. As a Senior Manager in this practice, you will be working in a team environment to support the development of our strategy and new service offerings. You will work closely with managing partners to promote the solutions with our clients and drive growth.


Your role at Deloitte

·        Work with Risk Advisory’s Chief Technology Officer to operationalize our strategy on technical assets and managed services

·        Provide vision and leadership in the development, operations and support of our tech assets

·        Champion the products we deliver for our clients - defining and communicating their purpose, and driving adoption

·        Work closely with our Product Owners and technical teams to detail and create new products and new/update features for existing products

·        Oversee our suite of products, maintain roadmaps and release schedules

·        Manage and budget all owned projects and products

·        Act as a Product Owner for select products

·        Organize launch events and communications related to products

·        Develop a deep understanding of firm mechanics and strategy

·        Creatively work with our innovation team in moving products from ideation to production


Posting Qualifications


·        Experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC)

·        Product management experience in a technology-focused market, ideally in software

·        Strong experience using agile methodologies/scrum, best practices and critical tools. Experience leading, teaching and mentoring in agile methodologies is a bonus

·        Demonstrated capabilities in technical, business, and UX

·        Experience leading, coaching and mentoring teams that are cross-functional, and working on multi-faceted projects for extended times

·        Excellent networking skills, especially in regards to channel distribution and social media

·        Experience in client-service settings

·        Strong motivational skills and ability to work in a flexible work environment

·        Risk and/or cyber experience, and experience with emerging technologies is an asset

This position may require travel across North America. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignment.
