What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Manager within People Analytics, you will create the vision, roadmap and motivate the team responsible for generating people related insights for Firm leadership. You will be a courageous thought leader who is not afraid to question the status quo, can motivate and lead a team, always focuses on results, has the ability to work within a complex matrix with limited ego and a focus on collaboration. This is the right role for someone who thrives in a data driven environment with tight timelines and autonomy. The work completed by the People Analytics team will drive people policies and strategy.

About the team

The team is comprised of four accomplished, highly specialized and engaging professionals that enjoy making a difference.

Enough about us, lets talk about you

You are someone with: 


  • 6+ years of experience working on or leading analytics projects with an emphasis on advanced analytics (data mining, machine learning, modeling, and analytics strategy)
  • Experience with data engineering and management, thorough understanding of data analytics theory and application and experience with a broad range of data platforms (SQL, Hadoop, Alteryx)
  • Experience leading, motivating and coaching a team
  • Advanced degree in Analytics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Top-notch communication skills is necessary (both written and verbal)
  • Communicate effectively with firm-level executives
  • A natural curiosity about people and why they do what they do
