Want to be part of an exciting new team?  The newly formed Central Business Services (CBS) group is looking for a Change Management expert to join the team!  The immediate focus for the successful candidate will be to manage all aspects of the change to transition teams from DMS to CBS.         

What will your typical day look like?

The Change Management leader will have the following day-to-day accountabilities:    
•    Drive end-to-end change management strategy, approach and plans to achieve desired results by ensuring change is understood, accepted and sustained.
•    Apply change management methodology and general management skills and knowledge to plan, organize and execute change management across a variety of project sizes.
•    Develop change strategy to enable leaders to lead, promote and execute the change, including communication, training and knowledge transfer strategies.
•    Manage ongoing change programs/projects to provide integrated change management solutions for high-priority, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
•    Lead the execution of change management programs; assess and adapt as needed.
•    Analyze the scope and impact of change to determine people, process, structure, systems and risks.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to provide business context in the design, development and implementation of change to ensure alignment.
•    Identify resistance and builds required plans to overcome.
•    Build and execute communications plans to drive awareness and understanding.
•    Collaborate across Deloitte to develop communications strategies and ensure consistency of messaging to positively influence or change behaviour.
•    Act as a trusted advisor to Deloitte leadership for making business decisions and implementing strategic change initiatives.
•    Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives where needed.
•    Act as the prime contact for internal/external stakeholder relationships.
•    Monitor and track adoption and celebrates successes. 

About the team

As a member of the team, you will work alongside a dedicated group of professionals involved in the formation and operation of CBS.  The successful candidate will report directly to the Partner, Service Optimization and will partner with other leaders on the team accountable for areas, most notably Transition Management Office, Service Delivery, Process Optimization and Intelligent Automation.  This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Senior Manager looking for their next challenge.

You are someone who has: 


•    10+ years of relevant experience.
•    Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•    Proven experience enabling and leading a large-scale transformation change initiative.
•    Experience in change management processes/methodologies including developing tactics that shift mindset, behavior and achieve results through an aligned and integrated change management approach.
•    Experience with and credibility leading, supporting and/or managing large scale people change efforts and timelines with enterprise/functional impact.
•    Excellent communicator and effective leader with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
•    Exceptional change communication planning.
•    Experience with Agile, Lean and project management principles.
•    Professional services experience an asset.
