What will your typical day look like?


As a Manager within the National Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you leverage exceptional technical skills to optimize internal processes and drive significant efficiencies. You will prepare and present insights based on analyses, key metrics trending and quantified risks and opportunities. Furthermore, you will perform regular financial reporting, foster strong working relationships with various stakeholders, and forecasting and planning.

About the team


Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role will lead all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis for the firm. You will work alongside the Firm’s Executive leaders to drive operational excellence and outstanding financial performance by providing insightful, actionable recommendations related to, but not limited to planning, forecasting resource optimization, and investments with the highest rate of return.

You are someone with:

  • A Degree in business/commerce including relevant professional designation (CA, CPA,CMA, CFA preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a finance role in a fast paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and financial acumen, with exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to serve as a liaison with various groups in the Firm to collect, organize and distribute information during the planning and forecasting cycles 
  • Crtical thinking capability, with keen attention to detail to identify key data points, and constructively challenge inputs provided by various team members 
  • Ability to solve problems and navigate complexity in a constantly evolving and often ambiguous environment.
  • Experience leading teams, and fostering an environment for professional development for junior team members 
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Experience with SAP is an asset 
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive business initiatives end to end to deliver insights, and concisely present and articulate insights to Firm Leadership.
