Deloitte is looking for a Senior Consultant as a ServiceNow SAM Technical Specialist to join our Risk Advisory practice in Toronto. Read more below!

What will your typical day look like?

A typical day as a Senior Consultant technical specialist would see you engaged in the following activities at the client site. The work would be broken down into a number of phases, the first phase would be to analyze which would involve gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing and confirming data migrations and integrations and producing a fit/gap assessment. Thereafter, the design phase would be initiated, this would involve documenting the functional specification and the associated business workflows and processes that will be supported by the solution. Once design is completed the build and configure activities would be undertaken to implement the design with the end state of a fully functional system that meets the stated business requirements.

About the team

Within the Deloitte Data & Technology Risk team we have a pool of dedicated specialists with expertise in the design and implementation of integrated solutions in several technologies. We design, implement and provide advisory services over business process and technology controls to manage risks our clients face on a day-to-day basis and we are seeking to grow the team within the marketplace.

As part of the role, you are expected to collaborate and lead a team of professionals to deliver high quality solutions to clients.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
  • Senior ServiceNow technical lead with hands on experience of > 4 years
  • Experience in Java, Java script, Web Services, AJAX, XML
  • Prior implementation experience with asset discovery tools (Preferably SCCM, Discovery, ILMT) with ServiceNow and understanding of CMDB structure
  • Ability to write complex transform maps for integration of third party data sources to ServiceNow tables
  • Previous ServiceNow SAM implementation experience
