Work you’ll do:

  • Be a catalyst for transformative growth for the business and the Global Consulting Platform (GCP)
  • Drive alignment, integration, consistency and activate implementation of GCP initiatives across the GCP and the Regions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., business, DTTL) in a transparent way that drives value for the business and the GCP
  • Coordinate execution of GCP against the FY19 priorities and target outcomes (i.e. own Business Operations for the GCP) 
  • Establish and communicate business operation policies of the GCP
  • Support other GCP teams as needed as well as GCP Fellows Program

Role Specific Responsibilities:

  • Support PMO reporting process and development of monthly PMO status reports
  • Liase with Thread designates on progress against plan
  • Support quarterly DTTL reporting requirements and development of required reports (e.g., Investment Dashboard, Tracking Performance against Results, Sprint reports)
  • Support the development of ad hoc presentations/reports for F&O Leader and F&O Chief of Staff
  • Support the maintenance of the Global Consulting Platform SharePoint site
  • Function as the corporate finance analyst for F&O’s finances, including keeping tracking of and updating any spending against any of F&O’s budget areas, developing monthly forecast, tracking commitments against budget and forecast
  • Responsible for keeping track of GCP work-stream level budgets during monthly reporting, liaising with DTTL corporate controllers (e.g., Jason Westphal, Mark Bauernfeind)
  • Given the unpredictability of asks, may be required to support a myriad of initiatives / tasks depending on priorities set by F&O Leader

To be considered for this role, there are certain qualifications you’ll have to have. And others that would be really, really nice.

Education:

MBA, or other relevant degree preferred.  Bachelor’s required.

Years of Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience

Skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Very strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work autonomously
  • Holistic approach to problem solving (need to look at problems from both the top-down and bottom-up)
  • Strong communication skills, communications with stakeholders of all levels is required
  • Flexibility to turn around requests in a short time period
  • Familiarity with SharePoint (DoL SharePoint Admin course required) is an asset

Other Qualifications:

Primarily work remotely, occasional travel may be required
