As a Senior Consultant in Finance, you will:

 

Provide Finance consulting services to high-profile organizations, including projects in:

  • Digital Finance (Process robotics, Cognitive automation, Cloud, Blockchain, In-memory computing, Visualization)
  • Finance Transformation (Design and implement change to finance organizations, process and systems to improve the overall value of finance.)
  • Business Finance (Implement strategic and catalytic finance processes to establish and realize business objectives across the organization.)
  • Finance Strategy (Identify, define and implement strategic choices for changing or improving the direction of Finance. These strategies include preparing for external market influences such as going public or managing through regulatory changes and troubled company events.)
  • Operational Finance (Perform processes reflective of business transactions that create foundational inputs for Finance and other customers of financial data. Design and deliver these operational finance processes in the most effective and efficient way.)
  • Global Business Services (Encompasses both shared services and outsourcing, to create alignment among business units, serving as a single enterprise organization or network that can drive collaboration and efficiency to improve service delivery.)
  • Provide a comprehensive suite of services to support the CFO, from performance measurement to process outsourcing, through business risk identification and revenue cycle enhancement

We are looking for high-performing and dynamic candidates who embody and have a record of accomplishment in the following areas:

  • Knowledge of financial management disciplines (Digital Finance, Finance Transformation, Business Finance, Finance Strategy, Operational Finance, Global Business Services)
  • Enterprise Performance Management experience in the following areas:
    • Planning, budgeting, and forecasting
    • Design, plan, and implement interactive dashboards, visual story-telling, and KPIs
    • Value-based performance management
    • Modeling, costing, and profitability analysis
    • Analytics, BI, and insight-driven reporting
  • Experience with or interest in acquiring knowledge of systems and technologies that support the Finance function; exposure to technologies that enable the Finance function (such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, IFRS solutions, etc.) would be considered an asset
  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
  • Graduate or other advanced degree preferred; accounting designation is an asset
  • Previous experience in finance advisory is an asset
  • Canadian travel required, occasional international travel; candidates must be able to enter USA to work on client assignments
