About the team

Quality is a key enabler of the Audit & Assurance business and driving continuous improvement is fundamental to our Audit & Assurance transformation objectives. As such, it is important to ensure that a robust System of Quality Management (SQM) is in place across the Deloitte organization – the consistent execution of high quality audits has never been more important.  For that reason, the Continuous Improvement Group (CIG) was established to provide independent, objective oversight activities to the Audit Leadership, Audit Quality Working Group (AQWG), and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL).
