What will your typical day look like?

As a part of our AMS team, you will manage live applications, often immediately after it has been released to a user community. We will count on you to quickly and proactively resolve application incidents, provide excellent customer service communicating rational for system changes or maintenance and advise on value-added application enhancements that can transform their business. You will  play a part in growing our practice participating in project management, managing client expectations and mentoring junior staff members.


Your typical day will involve:

  • Create monthly and weekly operations and capacity reports
  • Review, assign incidents and ensure SLAs are being met
  • Work with release and change management to track progress of the release and follow up on change requests
  • Update knowledge base as required for known issues, onboarding, trouble shooting procedures
  • Ensure that ticketing tool is up to date for incidents or problems by building reports in service now and following up with teams to do clean up activities
  • Provide on-call support on weekdays and weekends for major incidents and represent team on major incident bridges when needed
  • Coordinate the resolution of application related incidents or problems and capture, communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Prepare agenda and minutes for business stand up meetings
  • Attend TAB and CAB meetings and assist in planning and coordinating outages, implementation plans and validation plans on change requests

We are looking for someone, who is:

  • Curious about emerging technology and passionate about modernizing legacy service experiences to be more autonomous and digitally enabled.
  • Completed an undergraduate degree in any tech field. Post graduate degree and/or a professional designation is an asset
  • 1-3 years experience 
  • Experienced integrating with customers 
  • Certification in ITIL preferred 
  • Experience in production and application support
  • Problem solving and strong analytical skills
  • Experienced with excel and reporting tools
  • Excellent interpersonal relations to work on a team and provide an excellent professional client service
  • Strong in both written and verbal communication
