What will your typical day look like?

 

Working as a key member of the Partner Matters & Alumni team, the Senior Analyst is responsible for data management and reporting for our partner performance management process and our organic partner promotion process.  The Senior Analyst is responsible for data integrity and creating visualization for key stakeholders including the Firm Executive and Board of Directors.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Extracting, transforming, and consolidating data from various sources to create clear, meaningful, and user friendly reports and dashboards
  • Conduct data manipulation and apply data mining techniques to draw out key analytically driven insights and trends. Present findings and resulting conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Design, build and maintain regular reporting and advanced analytics solutions.
  • Build process efficiencies by automation and support the ongoing improvement of HR analytic tools and capabilities.
  • Provide, detailed qualitative and quantitative information about data related to performance management, workforce planning, compensation and other HR and financial metrics.
  • Problem solving ad-hoc queries and requests from other HR teams and other departments within the organization
  • Other projects as required

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone who is/has:

  • B.Sc/BA, preferably within the disciplines of statistics, mathematics, or computer/engineering/ information science
  • Demonstrated expertise with data mining and data validation
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization
  • Expert-level Tableau Desktop development skills
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel/MS Access
  • Comprehensive practical and theoretical knowledge of business intelligence, analytics and statistical techniques
  • Superior communication skills & strong client service orientation 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • A high level of discretion and integrity is required
  • French and/or Spanish would be an asset
