Working with leaders across the firm you will play a key role in delivering technology and business process transformation across Talent. You bring a great deal of transformation experience to the table and are excited by challenging status quo, redesigning complex processes, and finding technology that takes it all to the next level. You do this all while keeping practitioner experience and Talent operations efficiency top of mind.
The transformation team is made up of 4 people who thrive on operating in an agile, ever-changing environment. We are laser focused on enhancing the overall employee experience and are shaping the future of work at Deloitte by using AI and RPA to elevate our HR services.
You are someone who is:
- Experienced in project delivery with an emphasis on transformation
- Understanding of the nuances of Talent processes and understands how to implement technology to support them
- Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work at the detail level, but are also able to build recommendations and independently drive small deliverables
- Strong at building relationships and establishing trust at an accelerated pace, and are a top-notch communicator – both written and verbal
- Excited about technology, prefers agile delivery models and just enjoys making things better
