Salesforce in Banking & Capital Markets

Our Salesforce Banking & Capital Markets team focuses on defining and implementing sales, service, and marketing capabilities to help clients bring their customer strategies to life.  We work with leading Canadian, North American, and Global Banks and drive their customer transformation agenda. We work with leading Banking & Capital Markets Salesforce solutions including: Financial Services Cloud, nCino and our own Salesforce offering – Digital Bank.  Our ambition is to be the best in the world at delivering customer-driven transformation by applying digital technologies to help our clients better connect with their customers and employees.

Posting Qualifications

 

Required:

 

  • 10+ years of consulting and / or CRM implementation experience
  •  4 full life-cycle Salesforce implementations with strong expertise in 3 of the following modules:  Financial Services Cloud, nCino, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Force.com
  •  Experience managing at least four large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions
  •  Experience carrying a business development quota and leading business development pursuits end-to-end.
  •  Ability to travel to client sites 50-75% of the time
  •  Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience
  •  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

 

Preferred:

 

  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other).
  • Expertise in an Financial Services & Capital Markets
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical).

Job Responsibilities

 

Work you’ll do

 

  • Business Development:  Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
  • Client Management:  Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
  • Delivery:  Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.  Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, development, testing, training, defining support procedures.
  • Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk
  • People Development:   Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices 
  • Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals
