As a project manager, you will lead and manage projects on multiple leaves, deliver on actives that will propel your career forward!

What will your typical day look like?


Project Manager, Custom Solutions requires an experienced project manager to lead and manage projects in custom solution delivery organization with the focus on delivering ServiceNow implementations. Experience with delivering projects end to end is required. Candidate must be proficient on Agile and must have worked on all phases of SDLC. Deep understanding of ITSM is a Must Have. In this role, you will plan, direct and coordinate activities of assigned projects to ensure project goals or objectives are accomplished within the approved time frame, scope and budget.

You are someone with:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile project development methodology
  • 5+ years' experience in Project Management
  • Experience implementing ITSM applications (e.g. ServiceNow), PaaS/SaaS application
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to effectively work with multiple stakeholders and lead others in teams
  • Ability to coach staff in analysis, design and project management skills
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL process and ITSM
