If the answer is yes, then we are looking for talent like you to join the Office of Sales & Marketing Leadership (OS&ML).
The OS&ML works with consulting teams nationally on strategic pursuits for new revenue opportunities. We coach sales teams through the entire process from inception to pursuit and proposal development, orals presentation, and negotiations. We are currently searching for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working collaboratively and cross functionally with key stakeholders from multiple services.


Role Description:


• Contributing to the development of sales strategies
• Building trusted relationships
• Preaching the Deloitte Sales Model
• Participating in sessions to qualify deals
• Contributing to the development of storytelling
• Assisting team to show up differently
• Helping team focus on getting clients to buy


Qualifications:


• Current enrolment in post-secondary education (recommended programs: B. Comm, Life Sciences, Political Science, English)
• Ability and desire to work in a high-caliber, fast-paced, team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Demonstrated experience with project coordination and working with or on a team
• Demonstrated aptitude to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency
• Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning relevant to the role
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and an ever-changing environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
