Description

HR Transformation works with organizations to define structure and implement improvements to the operation of the HR function. Those improvements cut across HR processes, organizational structure and enabling technology to drive business alignment and maximize organizational and HR performance.

The HCM market is booming and we are looking for talented candidates as our business continues to grow and we continue to win significant projects. We are looking for professionals with strong HCM skills. 

We are looking for candidates who have experience with any of the following business process areas: Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor or Payroll and have worked with business partners to develop, advise and implement HR policies and procedures.

As an HCM Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions
  • Author presentations and present findings to clients
  • Supervise junior staff and manage parts of client engagements
  • Prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting
  • Create functional design documents, system configuration and support models to meet the current and future state business needs
  • Participate in the full life cycle implementation of HCM ERP projects
Qualifications

Consultants are individual contributors on projects and may have some experience leading 1-3 on/offshore resources.

Required Skills:

  • Human Capital Consultants who specialize in HR Transformation enabled by HCM will have hands-on configuration and implementation experience in one or more of the following modules and accountabilities:
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant business consulting / industry experience
  • A bachelor degree or a college degree in a relevant field (Human Capital Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, other IT discipline)
  • Experience with 2 or more of the following processes : Payroll, Time and Labor, HR, Learning Management, Advanced Benefits, Self-Service Human, Resources, Recruitment, Incentive Compensation
  • Business case development experience
  • Experience leading requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
  • Canadian travel required and occasional international travel. Home base will be Toronto

In addition, successful Consultants will also have the following preferred skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Eagerness to mentor junior staff
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Oracle Certified Specialist in Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Experience with the following HCM systems a plus: Workday, SAP Successfactors, Ceridian, PeopleSoft or any other ERP’s
