What will your typical day look like?


  • Assist the Marketing Lead as a trusted advisor and work with the industry leaders to execute a full complement of marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance market positioning, which may include:
  • Help develop strategic marketing campaigns aligned with the business plans and priorities; developing the campaign brief, with input from the Senior Marketing Lead, including market position, messaging and content strategy for each campaign
  • Execute go-to-market campaigns to support market expansion, revenue opportunity generation and brand visibility
  • Manage major marketing initiatives, which requires collaboration with the broader Agency teams in areas such as digital, digital and media
  • Track, monitor and report ROI on all major marketing activities/campaigns, including but not limited to revenue opportunity generation within total cost to firm, cost of sale and cost per contact parameters
  • Help with campaign management of National campaigns with the  regional marketing teams for local dissemination
  • Liaise with marketing counterparts from other Deloitte member firms (including the UK, Australia and U.S.) and with Global to identify areas of collaboration and to share best practices
  • Work closely with Resourcing team to manage resourcing needs of the campaign
  • Collaborate/coordinate with appropriate resources, including subject matter specialists, service area leaders, client service professionals and account developers, marketing and communications personnel, knowledge managers, and various shared services, to execute and/or leverage integrated marketing programs
  • Develop and manage budgets for go-to-market campaigns and initiatives, with measures to capture campaign success against planned KPIs
  • Champion a number of national initiatives including CRM adoption
  • Contribute to national marketing leadership, management and geographic peer network.
About the team


Deloitte’s in-house marketing agency is seeking a Campaign Manager to join the team.  

This individual will support our Deloitte Private practice - Canada’s largest professional services advisor to private clients, and have oversight for the project management and execution of business driven marketing campaigns on time, on schedule and on budget; working in close collaboration with our shared services agency teams to deliver world-class campaigns to the client/business. This individual will collaborate closely with Senior Managers who are responsible for setting the strategic marketing and communications direction and marketing plans. Working closely with the Senior Manager and national business leaders, you will execute strategies for elevating Deloitte’s presence and strengthening the firm’s brand and revenue opportunity generation.  Additionally, you will work closely with the local marketing representatives across the country, as well as global counterparts to ensure plans are aligned and executed with a view to achieving the firm’s overall business growth objectives.

As, part of Deloitte’s in-house agency, this campaign manager will report directly to the Senior Manager leading the Campaign Management team, with day-to-day campaign reporting to the Senior Marketing Lead overseeing the projects.

You are someone with:

  • Minimum six years of marketing/communications experience, with a focus on strategy, planning and implementing integrated marketing communications campaign programs designed to build relationships
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business
  • Demonstrated project management skills is a must
  • Experience in executing marketing and communications strategies that are aligned to business strategy and priorities; Budget planning experience
  • Commitment to flexible work hours and some travel
  • Understanding of market segmentation and customer relationship management/databases; Familiarity with demand generation, lead tracking, ROI is needed to be successful
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, with ability to develop contacts
