What will your typical day look like?

 

Managers are leaders – as a Manager, you will build long term relationships with senior executive clients. You will be responsible to lead the delivery of business technology advisory engagements; drive sales opportunities; apply a strong knowledge of industry, technology trends and leading business practices; contribute to the growth and development of junior resources, while creating a diverse and inclusive high-growth environment. By joining our team, you will contribute to our shared success and will be a key part of our TST family. Given the changing pace of the world, you will also be responsible to further your learning and expertise.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

  • Minimum 8-9 years of experience in management and/or technology strategy consulting, with experience in areas such as business imperatives definition, application strategy, capability assessments, vendor solution review/fit-gaps, business architecture, technology roadmaps, implementation estimation, etc.
  • Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation, problem-solving/probing skills with ability to build relationships, lead teams, and actively collaborate with experts/vendor teams
  • Knowledge of business processes (e.g., order-to-cash, record-to-report) in context of key industries (distribution, retail, healthcare, etc.), enterprise systems and technologies (e.g., DXP, CRM, eCommerce, ERP, HCM, latest tech trends)
  • Experience in driving business development activities, leading sales pursuits, building marketplace eminence
  • Strong ability and proven experience in building and developing a high performing team/culture, and a strong inclination for continuous learning and growth (e.g., keeping up to date on latest technology trends, industry research) for personal and team
