As a Manager, you will lead and manage projects and teams on multiple levels, deliver on activities that will propel your career forward!

What will your typical day look like?

 

The Talent Application, Enterprise Solutions team is looking for an experienced Manager to lead and manage projects for the ERP delivery organization with the focus on delivering PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors implementations. In this role, you will be managing the Product, manage the roadmap as well as the operations. You will be also required to manage the projects, direct and coordinate activities of assigned projects to ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished within the approved time frame, scope and budget.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone who has:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile project development methodology.
  • 5+ years' experience in Project Management.
  • Experience implementing SuccessFactors projects.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft implementation would be an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to effectively work with multiple stakeholders and lead others in teams.
  • Ability to coach staff in analysis, design and project management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM.
  • Experience in offshore development processes and best practices.
  • Proven experience in successful delivery utilizing offshore capabilities.
