What will your typical day look like?

As a Manager within the Digital Customer team, you will play a key role in designing proposals, delivering work for clients across Canada, strengthening our team,      and designing innovative Salesforce-based offerings. Your morning might start with a sales strategy call, where  you and a team of highly motivated consultants will design a winning solution. Before lunch, you could be walking a client through a solution design for an in-flight project. In the afternoon, you might meet with junior practitioners, sharing  insights on how you’ve grown your skills and career. By the end of the day, you may be thinking through use cases that the firm should “productize” as a new offering.  
The ability to manage the entirety of project lifecycles is key, while also coaching team members to achieve their highest potential.  Facilitating client workshops, presenting to clients or other decision makers, distilling pertinent facts and ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical) is required.

Our Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. Our ambition is to be the best in the world at driving customer transformation through the development of clever commercial strategies, distinctive experiences, and the application of digital technologies. We help make the “creative digital consultancy” real and in doing so, make new markets.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:
An undergraduate degree, with advanced Salesforce technical competency and implementation experience including:
•    5+ years of implementing Salesforce with multiple full-life cycle Salesforce implementations 
•    2+ years of leading / managing a work stream on enterprise implementations
•    Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)
•    Ability to create and groom user stories in JIRA
•    Perform functional unit testing and conduct user acceptance testing
•    Translate user stories to the technical team and get clarifications from the business
•    Strong-minded, ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic team environment 
•    High Level of Proficiency with MS Excel, PPT, Visio
•    Prior experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
•    Salesforce certifications
•    All additional software development experience, certifications, and training (both Salesforce and beyond) are considered an asset
•    Experience working with (or in) Nonprofit is an asset
•    Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, strong presentation, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
