What will your typical day look like?


The Ethics team builds and manages a framework for reinforcing Deloitte values within the firm’s culture through communications, learning and the operations of an ethics whistleblower helpline. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Risk Management, the Manager, Ethics, helps to manage the firm’s ethics program by working with various business areas to embed ethics across the firm, including but not limited to compensation and performance management, and coordinating ethics messaging to build trust and awareness.

About the team


The National Ethics team within Deloitte Management Services (DMS) works closely with various leaders and functions across Deloitte Canada (the firm) as a strategic partner to help manage the firm’s conduct-related risks.

You are someone with:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including risk management and/or human resources management experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills including experience working with data and ability to understand broader business risks/issues
  • Demonstrated effective project management skills. Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and timelines independently and as a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, with the ability to impact and influence to ensure delivery and alignment 
  • Strong commitment to quality, confidentiality, professional and client service excellence
