What will your typical day look like?


In an entrepreneurial environment, a successful candidate will design, build and execute Digital Marketing Campaigns including CRM, CLP (Client Loyalty Program), and Acquisition programs. The Senior Associate will support campaign launches through the creation of accurate requirements and test cases. You will also lead initiatives to automate campaign execution processes and streamline integration with other systems. Working with the client teams, you will conduct business and data analysis by reviewing datasets, performing investigations, and interpreting results to inform future campaign design.


About the team


The Performance Marketing team is a part of Deloitte’s Financial Advisory, Modelling and Value Advisory group. We offer insights driven CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and prospecting solutions using the latest in Marketing Technology (MarTech) and data analytics. Our clients are senior marketers representing a variety of industries who all seek to grow their business with new and existing customers. Our team works with SAS Customer Intelligence tools and our proprietary (CDP) Customer Data Platform. We are data, measurement and performance focused.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you


•    5+ years experience leading marketing teams working on CRM (SAS CI, Adobe, Salesforce, IBM Watson, Oracle Eloqua), Campaign execution and reporting platforms (Basic knowledge of SAS is an asset)
•    3+ years experience managing client relationships. Experience working with client marketing teams is crucial.
•    3+ years business experience within a marketing database or CRM environment, or any combination of experience and education that would provide the required knowledge and abilities for successful performance
•    1+ years experience with SQL, comfortable running profiles/other queries per campaign and client requirements 
•    Comfortable working in an Agile environment, with frequently changing internal and external priorities 
•    Good verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences
