What will your typical day look like?



The People Analytics & Reporting team supporting Deloitte Global is expanding and has created a new role to support our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion space within the People team. We are looking for an individual that is technical, curious, a self-starter, thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about DE&I. The ideal candidate would be very comfortable working with large sets of data to discover trends and formulate insights using various people data sources, as well as creating recommendations using internal and external market data.


This individual will work closely with other A&R team members, technology, HRBP’s, our DE&I team/liaisons and other People COE’s on a regular basis. Having full knowledge and expertise about the full lifecycle of HR is critical in this role.


  • Responsible for the preparation, design and reporting out of DE&I scorecards for each DTTL’s business leaders.
  • Work closely with DE&I COE to analyze scorecard metrics on a quarterly basis, look at current and historical trends and identify gaps/recommendations for each business
  • Utilize Tableau, as well as online and offline data sources to conduct data analyses
  • Develop research and modeling to understand how each business can achieve DE&I goals
  • Be the key point of contact for development and rollout of automated scorecards in tableau, including the build of technical requirements, design, testing and other technical needs as needed
  • Identify new data sources to measure ROI of DE&I initiatives – working with teams across Deloitte to identify new sources of data, determining feasibility of reporting and ensuring data can be used in a way to measure our goals
  • Maintain data dictionary, terminology and other documentation associated with DE&I metrics
  • Present findings to leadership on regular basis around DE&I, offer recommendations and opinions on what can be improved and implemented in order to achieve DE&I strategies

You are someone with:


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5-8 years’ experience in a role that required solid knowledge in Financial, HR and Data Analytics
  • Consulting and DE&I experience a plus
  • Deep understanding of HR technology, systems, HR data and reporting;experience with HRIS and reporting/ data visualization tools
  • Experience supporting leadership with a desire to work and grow within a People (HR) organization
  • Comfortable working with large sets of data with ability to merge various data sources to uncover trends and integrate into meaningful reports and recommendations
  • Ability to clearly communicate and draw conclusions with data in order to answer business questions
  • Ability to deliver information in a presentation to a client in a clear and concise manner
  • Advanced Excel and PPT skills (lookups, if statements, macros, dashboard building, graphing, visualization)
