About the team


Learning & Development (L&D) Experience is a centralized team, providing world-class learning and development programs and experiences designed to build the best leaders, advance future readiness skills and capabilities, and support personal and professional growth throughout the career lifecycle. With an aspiration to become a leadership development “powerhouse”, the L&D Experience team is the face of learning to the business and works to collectively transform how our people, clients and communities learn, build connectons and are inspired through curated experiences.

What will your typical day look like?


The Learning Advisory Manager is a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, influencing and supporting the learning & development experience, while cultivating a culture of continuous learning and development. This work includes advising business stakeholders of central learning solutions aligned to identified needs, communicating and implementing national learning programs and resources, and partnering with learning champions and subject matter experts to deliver world-class learning and development solutions for in-person and virtual environments. You will also work closely with the Deloitte University team on end-to-end program management and delivery, which includes participant and faculty management, drafting communication plans, budgeting, faculty briefings, and vendor management. Focused on accelerating the development of Deloitte professionals across all levels, at its core this role will help to drive our strategic vision and inspire and empower our people.

You are someone who has:

 

  • A passion for learning and a proven track record of taking a consultative approach to delivering innovative learning experiences with measurable business results that meet stakeholder needs.
  • A drive for excellence, client service, and making things happen. You can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can deliver key messages with clarity and poise to instill confidence in stakeholders. French and/or Spanish speaking is an asset.
  • Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills and an ability to build and maintain a strong network with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • An eye for detail and the proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of applications, such as Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, team collaboration sites, along with the ability to adapt to new applications.
  • 5+ years’ experience in learning and development or related field, as well as bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education.
