Our Extended Enterprise Risk Management (EERM) team helps organizations manage potential risks to, and from, corporate objectives at the enterprise-level. If you are passionate about social, political, and global risk problems that are facing issues in a global supply chain - including regulatory climate change, enabling social change through ethical and sustainable buying, and helping organizations to proactively manage the dynamic risks of their suppliers then we have a great team and opportunity for you!

What will your typical day look like?

As a Manager in the EERM team you will lead, support, and advise on the implementation of source-to-pay technology platforms, with a specific focus on advanced invoice compliance and validation, contract leakage prevention and associated operational, regulatory, and financial risks. This includes technology solutions like Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Catalog and Supplier Risk, Aravo, and Coupa, along with custom-designed solutions to meet a client’s unique and complex needs.  You'll be challenged to collect relevant insights and use data to inform actions with our clients, with an understanding of relevant platforms and technologies and what it takes to implement them. You will lead and work collaboratively with functional implementation teams to build tools and processes as designed. Please note that this position will require travel however the extent will vary based on COVID-19 restrictions.

About the team

We are a National team that helps clients evaluate and manage the risks associated with an organization's extended enterprise, or the ecosystem of third parties in which they operate, by:

  • Maximizing the performance of the extended enterprise
  • Optimizing IT costs and limiting operation, financial, and legal risk related to interactions with third parties across the procure-to-pay lifecycle, through point-in-time solutions and ongoing managed services solutions

As part of the team, you would collaborate with and support a team of professionals to deliver high-quality solutions to the client.  The team's understanding of the end-to-end project challenges and complexities enables them to effectively deliver successful implementations, define and develop strategies and policies to provide improved management processes.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who has:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with procurement technologies as required (e.g. Ariba, Coupa, Aravo) and technical SAP PI/PO experienced.  Relevant certification(s) would be considered a strong asset.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a professional services professional on behalf of a mid-size or larger consulting firm.Previous experience in a role that requires direct leadership of a team, in either a formal Management position or as a Project Manager responsible for the performance and deliverables on the team they represent.
  • An undergraduate degree, with a preferred concentration in technology, risk management, or business and relevant financial services or risk qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CRMA, CIA)
  • Experience leading technical workshops with clients and the ability to configure systems as outlined above.
  • Ability to guide technology implementations, with an understanding of custom integrations and middleware, as well as the ability to design and deliver user and system test cycles
  • An understanding of leading business practices for contracting with third parties (i.e. buying or selling goods / services) and business-to-business commercial negotiations.
