Want to be part of an exciting new team?  The newly formed Central Business Services (CBS) group is looking for a Change Management expert to join the team!  The immediate focus for the successful candidate will be to help support all aspects of managing the change to transition teams from DMS to CBS.         

What will your typical day look like?

The Change Management Manager will have the following day-to-day accountabilities:    


  • Create and implement change management plans that connect employees with business goals and outcomes focused on people and culture using established change management approaches.
  • Lead high impact change initiatives to minimize team member resistance and maximize team member engagement.
  • Assess and report on progress/status within the program structure.
  • Work with program leadership and stakeholders to consolidate people impacts and prioritize change activities.
  • Proactively identify people risks to successful change adoption, work collaboratively with change team to develop and implement appropriate responses.
  • Monitor and measure change readiness for duration of program; recommend interventions to course correct and, working with leadership and other stakeholders, implement remediation measures as required.
  • Monitor and measure sustainment of behavioral change, diagnose potential problem areas related to the adoption and people/culture changes.
  • Partner with other change practitioners to drive change outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other change practitioners to support development of the People Change Management practice.
  • Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success.

About the team

As a member of the team, you will work alongside a dedicated group of professionals involved in the formation and operation of CBS.  The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Manager, Change Management and will partner with other leaders on the team accountable for areas, most notably the Transition Management Office, Process Optimization and Intelligent Automation.  This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Manager looking for their next challenge.       

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who has: 


  • 5+ years combined experience in people (culture) change management
  •  Proven experience enabling and leading a large scale transformation change initiative
  • Experience in change management processes and methodologies including developing tactics to help shift mindset, behaviors and achieve results through an aligned and integrated change management approach 
  • Experience with and credibility leading, supporting and/or managing large scale people change efforts and timelines with enterprise/functional/segment impact
  • Demonstrated ability to gain the trust of senior management 
  •  Post-secondary degree (Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or another closely related field desirable) 
  • Certification in Prosci or other change management methodology (desired)
  • Understanding of human behavior, as well as business management, operations and strategy
  • Excellent communicator and effective leader with strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Ability to set and achieve goals, with strong follow-through 
  • Exceptional change communication planning
  • Experience with Agile, Lean and project management principles
