What will your typical day look like?


As the manager of Centre of Excellence Finance you will manage the resolution of Canadian Service Now WIP & Billing incidents, coordinate resolution escalation through Canadian or Global team, analyze rot cause issue to determine business impact, prioritzation and resolution and develop recommendations for system enhancements and/or process changes. You will assess system and business requirements and impacts which will be communciated to the impacted buisness users. 

About the team


The successful candidate will join the Engagement Client to Cash Centre of Excellent (ECTC COE) team responsible for optimization of the policies, processes, systems and tools that support engagement pricing and financial management across the Canadian businesses.  In this role, the CTC WIP & Billing Finance Manager will work collaboratively with key Finance, Business, ITS and Global stakeholders to drive identification, prioritization, and implementation of initiatives focused on client master and the activities spanning engagement WIP review and reporting through billing and adjustments.This role reports to the Director, Engagement CTC COE in the firm’s Finance organization.

You are someone with:

  • A strong knowledge of SWIFT WIP Management and Billing solution and Canadian WIP Management and Billing processes and policies
  • A university degree or equivalent work experience
  • A proven track record in effectively driving issue resolution and working collaboratively to motivate and influencing others
  • The ability to work effectively in a highly complex, matrixed partnership and work closely with all organization levels
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft technology (Office, SharePoint)
