  • Stakeholders and relationships: Develop and maintain key leadership relationships within business, People teams and broad talent development stakeholders including providing advice and strategic direction and influence to the Deloitte Technology Learning Council on options, risks, costs and benefits of various proposed solutions
  • Subject Matter Expertise: bring new ideas and innovative approaches to build out a world-class learning strategy and programs that will develop capabilities of the current workforce and attract top talent to join Deloitte Technology by leveraging leading – edge learning and development practices proven to improve performance and engage the modern learner
  • Creation of talent development programs/initiatives: Participate in the full life-cycle of program design, development, implementation and evaluation, including but not limited to needs assessment, creating/sourcing relevant materials, facilitation and program evaluation proactively identify needs and proposing to the business
  • Analytics and Reporting: Create and present effective data analysis to the Deloitte Technology Learning Council that illustrates the impact and ROI of learning curriculum on a monthly basis
  • Communications: Develop and deliver creative and effective communication campaigns to communicate value and engage learners for general and business unit specific initiatives. Establish and manage on-going partnership with People teams to leverage their engagement and communication expertise, tools and processes.
  • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, meet timelines, milestones and achieve key performance indicators (participation, adoption, engagement, impact, budget)
  • Technology industry knowledge: Stay up to date on needs of the technology industry, to create learning agility, customer centricity and design leaders of the future

You are someone with:

  • Minimum 5 years of learning and leadership development experience creating programs of varying scale at the  Manager level
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Experience driving and leading innovative, cutting edge learning programs for a technology organization
  • Strong executive leadership presentation and influencing skills
  • Ability to flex and adapt to change when presented with shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams)
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (i.e. Saba);Knowledge of learning content design software (i.e. Articulate);Knowledge of SharePoint and virtual platforms (i.e. Zoom)
