What will your typical day look like?  


Working closely with other members of the Learner Experience team, the Learning Experience Coordinator helps with the project management and execution of the elements required to deliver learning, virtual and in-person, on a national basis across the firm. With guidance from more senior team members, this role uses established procedures to: 


  • Provide administration support of learning programs 

  • Assist with the coordination of learning events and program; on-site support (virtual and/or in-person) may be required for some programs 

  • Coordinate the assembly and delivery of pre and post session materials 

  • Tracking and reporting of participant enrolments and evaluation results 

  • Answer general learning questions and respond to requests for data in a professional and efficient manner 

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase productivity 

  • Perform other related duties as assigned 


With this said, no two days are the same.   


About the team 

The Learner Experience team is responsible for all the production elements required to deliver a learning program either virtually or in-person at DU North or on a regional basis. Working in tandem with other internal teams, they ensure full delivery of programming and an experience for learners that strengthens the Deloitte brand as a talent destination.

You are someone who is: 


  • Working towards the completion of an undergraduate degree or diploma 

  • Interested in the area of learning and development 

  • Able to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner 

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize 

  •  Motivated, a self-starter, independent and proactive 

  •  Superior with verbal and written communications 

  •  Demonstrative of excellent interpersonal skills 

  •  Able to work effectively on a team in a virtual team environment 

  •  Strong in MS Office skills including; Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 

  •  Bilingual in English/French would be asset
