We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager who can create exponential value through product leadership and strategy on engagements, coaching and managing product managers, and supporting some of our most complex engagements in the studio.

What will your typical day look like?

We’ve been helping our clients build products that users love for the past two decades, and  recently joined Deloitte Digital to help us accelerate our mission: To help the most impactful organizations in the world drive sustainable and progressive growth. Our clients range from scale-ups to large multi-nationals, and the problem sets are as diverse as the wide range of industries we work with. As a studio known for the quality of its product thinking, it is crucial for us to continue to bring in the right people.

Our product managers come from varied backgrounds, but what we share is the ability to flex our product fundamentals and stakeholder management skills to meet our clients' needs. The work here demands both expertise and broad knowledge: one day you may be validating a new product design for a large enterprise, and the next you could be running a fast-paced discovery engagement for a local scaleup.

Lead PMs help us build upon this strong foundation by either shaping new engagements or by deepening existing ones through excellence in the craft.
We handle projects end-to-end. From initial discovery and research to definition and priority of our scope, product managers shape and manage work across the product development lifecycle. Our Lead PMs help define the vision and support / coach our large PM team through their engagements.
We hire and grow some of the most competent product managers in our community. Lead PMs are an integral part of our people-centric management framework, and they help us hire and retain growth-minded product managers. We support a strengths-based and craft-centric coaching model to help develop the best PMs in our ecosystem.
