What will your typical day look like?

 

The Greenhouse Lab Experience Designer co-leads the design, planning, preparation and delivery of Greenhouse sessions and offerings. They will also apprentice as a junior facilitator with opportunities to grow and develop their facilitation skills. Individuals in this role, under the guidance of the Market Lead, will work with facilitators, clients, the Greenhouse team, account teams and other key stakeholders to strategically shape the overall experience a customer has while engaged in a Greenhouse session. They will curate that experience based on the outlined objectives, and with the over-arching mission to create exceptional client experiences at Deloitte.  The Experience Designer will play a role in connecting with clients and Deloitte engagement teams to collect requirements and deliver those on live virtual and in-person labs across Canada.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Being a Greenhouse ambassador- leading tours and educating teams on the Greenhouse Design process
  • Supporting the facilitation lead in scoping and planning calls with requestors by taking notes, tracking action items and supporting or managing session design/preparation/delivery activities
  • Engaging broader resources, Deloitte clients and working with account teams to gather background information and collateral to support session design
  • Working with lead facilitator in a lab to support the delivery of a Greenhouse lab across Canada virtually or in person in Toronto
  • Supporting the logistics of session delivery, including planning and managing all session materials and tools
  • Participating in the development of comprehensive documentation for each session, which includes capturing notes, synthesizing and organizing the information for documentation purposes
  • Supporting the coordination and execution of custom client session design and research activities 
  • Researching and piloting innovative client experience approaches that can be deployed in a Greenhouse environment

The Deloitte Greenhouse provides immersive experiences designed to break down barriers and accelerate meaningful results through interactive labs tailored to address specific business challenges. Be it in person in a Greenhouse, offsite or virtually with our Canada wide client base the team elevates the experience and engagement to help tackle adaptive challenges for clients.  Behavioral science, design thinking, and strategy converge to help our clients solve their toughest business challenges. This individual reports to the Regional Market Lead and works collaboratively with Greenhouse facilitators, technology leads & experience designers to co-create best-in class experiences.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone with:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a client-facing or customer service environment, within the professional services, event management or related environments
  • Proficient comfort with technology and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Nureva, Klaxoon, Miro)
  • High comfort and interest to communicate virtually or in-person with clients and executives
  • Energy to help guide a client into sharing their specific needs and facilitating them through a discussion
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, creativity and agility.
  • Ability to translate client aspirations to tangible experience design solutions within the Greenhouse program brand
  • Proven proficiency with technology and comfort to learn how to use new cutting edge tools
  • Must be able to lift and move 25 lbs.
