What will your typical day look like?

The Greenhouse Experience Designer co-leads the design, planning and delivery of Greenhouse sessions. This role reports to the Regional Market Lead and works collaboratively with Greenhouse facilitators, technology leads & experience designers to co-create best-in class experiences. Experience Designers strategically shape the overall participant experience across virtual, in-room or hybrid formats. They will also apprentice as a junior facilitator with opportunities to grow and develop their facilitation skills.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting execution of lab delivery across Canada virtually or in-room in Toronto
  • Supporting the facilitator with scoping and planning calls by taking notes, tracking action items, gathering background information 
  • Coordinating logistics of session delivery, including planning and managing all session materials, tools and design collateral
  • Participating in the development of comprehensive documentation for each session, which includes capturing notes, synthesizing and organizing the information 
  • Researching, developing and executing creative experience plans that embody the Greenhouse approach
  • Collaborating with Deloitte clients, account teams and the global Greenhouse network
  • Being a Greenhouse ambassador – championing the Greenhouse methodologies and educating teams on the design process.

The Deloitte Greenhouse provides immersive experiences designed to break down barriers and accelerate meaningful results through interactive labs tailored to address specific business challenges. Be it in person in a Greenhouse, offsite or virtually with our Canada-wide client base, the team elevates the experience and engagement to help tackle adaptive challenges. Behavioural science, design thinking, and strategy converge to help our clients solve their toughest business challenges.  

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a client-facing or customer service environment, within the professional services, design firm, event production or related environments
  • Compelling written and spoken communication skills with range of audiences including clients, executives, account teams, vendors and hospitality partners
  • Proven proficiency with technology and drive to learn how to use new cutting-edge tools and virtual collaboration tech (Zoom, Klaxoon, Miro)
  • Strong visual design and copywriting skills to support our engagements
  • Excellent organization skills with an eye for detail and a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Curiosity about further developing your facilitation and process design skills
  • A desire to continue learning and a proven comfort embracing change and uncertainty
  • The ability to lift and move 25 lbs.
