Deloitte's Global Brand Team has an opening for a Brand Design Manager. This role will support in-house efforts to develop the brand architecture and brand identity system and to deliver leading-edge, integrated brand campaigns. The successful candidate will have demonstrated strength in all aspects of the design and creative process including ideation and concept development, storyboarding, branding, asset selection, graphic design, client and project management, and quality control.


What will your typical day look like?


  • Support the development of the new brand architecture and identity, designing, testing and refining the new system, creating extensive examples of how to optimize the system (do’s and don’ts), creating material to help demonstrate applicability across vehicles and mediums, creating training decks, etc.
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow and lead projects of all sizes and deliver integrated solutions from inception through completion.
  • Produce cutting-edge brand and communication material, including infographics, multimedia presentations, digital banners, email, print collateral, advertising, and event materials.
  • Demonstrate superior design instinct across all media using consistent branding, powerful visuals, smart messaging, and engaging copy and deliver innovative and functional creative solutions across multiple channels and mediums.
  • Ensure all work is accurate, reflects client comments and executes design best practices within established brand standards and style guidelines.
  • Liaise with internal and external resources as needed to augment capabilities and optimize organizational efficiency.
  • Partner with global and local Marketing & Communications teams and other stakeholders to develop creative briefs, project plans, presentations, and lead client calls confidently to communicate status updates.
  • Stay current with the latest design thinking, new mediums and emerging communication channels.
  • Be able to provide brand consultation to our design and creative network.

You are someone with:

  • Complete command over the creative concept development and ideation process, storyboarding, media design, project management, content management, and internal client communication.
  • You are a proactive problem solver, up-to-date on the latest design and delivery technologies, and capable of managing virtual networks and relationships with a collaborative mindset.
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience at a forward-looking, large, multinational corporation, top-tier global advertising agency, or relevant studio specializing in global branding, marketing, communications, graphic design, advertising, interactive media, social networking, and copywriting.
  • Able to balance simultaneous creative projects from conception to completion.
  • Quick thinker with a clear and brand-consistent voice.
  • Able to work across both digital and print media types to support the team’s efforts. Professional and practical knowledge of print, digital, and video production processes.
  • Able to translate complex proprietary business/technical information into an intuitive graphic presentation suitable for both internal and external audiences.
  • Strong attention to all details related to planning, organization, prioritization, delegation, schedules, and budget constraints.
  • Self-starting and self-directed with sound multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse resources.
  • Demonstrated expert of the Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with command of the English language.
  • Team player, positive thinker, innovative problem solver committed to continuous learning.
