Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to work with diverse teams and communicate, develop and assess marketing technology architectures and CRM integration
  • Work with clients to assess capabilities and gaps and determine feature duplication and consolidation strategies across the full martech stack (Data management platform (DMP) Data Managed Platform
  • Automation, real time decision engines (RTDE) Real Time Decision Engines, demand side platform (DSP) Demand Side Platform, and bid management DBM, digital asset management (DAM) Digital Asset Management, Analytics, etc)
  • Deep technical expertise in one or more of the following marketing platforms: Adobe, IBM, Oracle, or Salesforce
  • Visionary leader and digital team builder with demonstrated success managing and hiring technical professionals
  • Proven ability to articulate business value of complex technical integration and solutions for marketing and digital channels
  • Work with marketing clients on their digital transformation by leading engagements and developing compelling proposals
  • Lead and participate in practice initiatives (development of client proposals, functional/technical analysis, documentation, solution, development, etc.)
  • Coordinate with creative content and design teams
  • Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction

  • Post graduate degree and/or a professional designation is an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities
  • Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision-making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership
  • Canadian travel required, occasional international travel. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments
  • Travel up to 75% to be on location with clients
