As a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager (DTTL DE&I Manager), you will play a key role in implementing DTTL’s DE&I Strategy in DTTL’s Operations groups. Led by the DTTL People DEI Leader and accountable to the DEI Sponsor within each business, you will be responsible for implementing activities required for each business to achieve their quarterly and annual DEI goals, as well as fostering a culture of inclusion.

 

Key areas of focus will include:

 

  • Responsible for implementation of an integrated FY DEI action plan across select Operations groups based on FY DE&I priorities set by the respective business leader, DEI sponsor, DTTL DEI Leader, and People Advisors
  • Develop, design and support DEI programming business units of in-scope Operations groups to align to each business’s FY
  • DE&I priorities and corresponding action plan, consulting with each to understand and customize actions to their unique needs and geographies
  • Support monthly reporting and analysis process as well as design and share monthly communications on progress to respective business leader, DEI sponsor, DTTL DEI Leader, and People Advisors
  • Support project development and further talent enablement activities as required
  • Collaborate with DTTL People COEs as needed to further progress on DEI priorities of in-scope Operations groups, for example:
  •  Partnering with the People Advisory team to integrate DEI into our overall HR support services
  •  Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to support Recruiters programmatically diverse sourcing initiatives

You are someone with:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years’ experience developing innovative D&I related strategies.
  • Knowledge of HR/Talent Management processes and functions.
  • Demonstrated success in building and implementing comprehensive organization-wide D&I strategies in large, complex organizations with proven results.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results on own initiative as well as in cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional public speaking and group facilitation skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to motivate, influence and optimize senior leadership, stakeholders and peer groups.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and team oriented.
