Our Customer & Marketing practice capitalizes on our diverse, globally recognized brands and capabilities to elevate the human experience in everything we do for our people and every outcome we deliver for our clients. We leverage our unique strengths in creative, design, innovation, strategy, branding, advertising, platforms, and solutions – as well as our continued growth through acquisitions – to bring fully integrated solutions to our clients. You will work on collaborative teams with responsibilities that range from analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel to developing recommendations and authoring presentations.  

About the team


As part of the Customer & Marketing team, you’ll be part of one of the following practices:


Our Customer Strategy & Applied Design (Deloitte Digital) offering elevates the human experience by developing big ideas and making them real. We work with clients to best use their data, design, and creative assets, combining ethnographic insights with agile methodologies to envision, create, test, build and scale new offerings for their customers. Our Digital Customer offering provides organizations with a front and back-office transformation of their user experience and underlying business processes centered around sales and service. We strive to enable customer strategies by developing technical solutions that transform customer experience and deliver an end-to-end digital customer journey with Salesforce. Learn More

On the Product Factory team, you will innovate, develop and support our growing asset called Health Connect. The Health Connect offering is designed to empower health authorities and health care providers to transform public health systems. You ill bring your technical problem-solving skills, in order to deliver on business problems. Product Factory practitioners are passionate about new and leading technology solutions and are driven to learn about them to keep up with market evolution. They possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, are comfortable working remotely with colleagues, and have an understanding of software development and/or configuration principles.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you



You are someone who is:

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary degree program graduating in 2021, pursuing Computer Science, IT Management, Information Management, Marketing, Business Technology, or other relevant Degree
  • Experience in the following an asset:
    • Digital Customer - - working in an Agile environment (SAFe preferred), Salesforce products, data modelling, integration, Apex (Front-End/Back-End) Visualforce (Front-End), SOQL (Back-End), Ava (Front-End), Enterprise Content Management (OpenText, Office365, SharePoint), Information Management and Records Management.
    • Customer Strategy & Applied Design – Experience with Product Management and/or Design UX/UI, wireframing, mobile and/or web development, agile ways of working.
    • Product Factory: Technical problem-solving skills, analytical skills, understanding of software development and/or configuration principles
  • Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with creative ability to conceptualize and articulate new approaches and solutions. French and English language working proficiency is required for placement at the Montreal office
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to enter the USA to work on client assignments
  • Employees may be required to obtain “reliability” and/or “Secret” level federal security clearances as a condition of their employment. To be eligible for a "Reliability" status you must have resided in Canada for the last five (5) years and for "Secret" level the last ten (10) years.
