Work you’ll do:

The Communications & Marketing Manager collaborates with the Global Financial Advisory Communications & Marketing Senior Manager, the Global Financial Advisory Clients & Industries team, and the Global Financial Advisory Operations team to create and execute internal communications campaigns, marketing campaigns, and accompanying assets that support Deloitte’s Global Financial Advisory business.


Strategy execution

  • With support from the Senior Manager, maintain and drive internal communications activities for Global Financial Advisory campaigns and senior leadership
  • Design and deliver creative communications content for Global Financial Advisory campaigns for global design and local delivery across Deloitte’s network of member firms
  • Produce clear and concise content and communications assets that can be used by Deloitte’s global network of member firms and the Global Financial Advisory marketing and communications network
  • Create and help refine marketing assets in support of Global Financial Advisory priorities, in alignment with Global Brand standards and Global and Financial Advisory brand positioning

Communications & Marketing activities

  • Assist the Senior Manager in researching, writing and editing articles for the Global Financial Advisory newsletter, Global Connect
  • Manage the production of Global Connect, including working with Knowledge Management to update Deloitte Resources and prepare and distribute the communication to approximately 16,000 team members
  • Research, write, edit and publish marketing and communications assets for the Global Financial Advisory Clients & Industries Market Activation Campaigns, including web copy, internal and external communications and Deloitte Resources content
  • Maintain close relationships with Global stakeholders, including Global Communications, Global Brand, and the broader Global Brand, Communications, Marketing & Insights (BCMI) community
  • Draft, edit and submit content for various Global internal communications vehicles (e.g. The Bridge, MD Matters) and for internal Financial Advisory communications (e.g. FA in brief, Inside GFA)
  • Maintain close relationships with India marketing and communications team members, including overseeing projects involving India team members

Brand activities

  • Assist with Financial Advisory brand compliance for member firms and tools and templates where applicable

To be considered for this role, there are certain qualifications you’ll have to have. And others that would be really, really nice.


  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Extremely strong relationship building skills, especially with senior leadership
  • Creative and willing to try different communications and marketing techniques to deliver messages in new and compelling ways
  • Self-motivated with excellent organization skills
  • Good prioritization and time management skills
  • Flexible and eager to learn

Education and experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience


  •  BA, BS> in Journalism, Marketing or Communications or equivalent
